Diplomatic Appointments

The Honourable Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointments:
Caroline Delany becomes High Commissioner in the Republic of Mozambique. Ms. Delany replaces Antoine Chevrier.
Jason Tolland becomes Ambassador to the Republic of Finland. Mr. Tolland replaces Andrée Cooligan.
David Usher becomes Ambassador to the Argentine Republic. Mr. Usher replaces Robert Fry.
