Julie Crowley becomes High Commissioner in the Republic of Rwanda. Ms. Crowley replaces Christopher Thornley.
Bernadette Jordan becomes Consul General in Boston (United States of America). Ms. Jordan replaces Rodger Cuzner.
Sarah Taylor is appointed as Ambassador of Canada to the Russian Federation. She replaces Alison LeClaire.
Jess Dutton becomes Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia. Mr. Dutton replaces Nadia Burger.
Isabelle Valois becomes Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco. Ms. Valois replaces Nell Stewart.
Nicolas Simard becomes Ambassador to the Republic of Mali. Mr. Simard replaces François Lafrenière.
