Announcement of a new diplomatic appointment

The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment:
Isabelle Savard becomes Ambassador to the State of Libya, resident in Tunis, Tunisia. Ms. Savard replaces Hilary Childs-Adams.
