“The Future of Canadian Diplomacy”, a timely panel coming just before the October federal election, that examines the current state of Canadian diplomacy, and future challenges facing the profession.
The panel features two former Canadian ambassadors, Jillian Stirk and Marc Lortie; Pam Isfeld, President of the Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers, and former CBC correspondent Patrick Brown, with an introduction from former Canadian Ambassador to Thailand, Phil Calvert. CIC Victoria President, Chris Kilford, is the moderator.
